One of Miami’s newest condo projects is expected to break ground in early 2017, at 3581 Glencoe Street Miami, FL 33133. The Fairchild Coconut Grove will have 26 luxury units with breathtaking views. These premium residences will range in size from 1,700 square feet to 4,200 square feet.
Designed by noted local architect Max Strang, the project will have two section of varying height. One five stories tall and the other three stories. The Fairchild Coconut Grove provides a unique eye catching design that sets itself apart from other new Miami Condo developments. The project is set to open in Spring of 2018.
